Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին, վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 20:10-ի սահմաններում Ստեփանավան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան փողոցի թիվ 42  հասցեի դիմաց, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Արմեն Ի․-ն իր վարած «Ford» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտներ, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ 40-ամյա Քրիստինե Մ․-ին և 44-ամյա Սլավիկ Ղ․-ին։

Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, ահազանգել է շտապօգնություն և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը վրաերթի ենթարկվածներին նախ տեղում բուժօգնություն է ցուցաբերել, ապա տեղափոխել «Ստեփանավան» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Վրաերթի փաստով Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
