«Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքը սահմանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նշվող բոլոր տոնական և հիշատակի օրերը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին հոդվածի համաձայն՝ Ամանորի և Ծննդյան տոները նշվում են դեկտեմբերի 31-ից հունվարի 2-ը ներառյալ:

Հունվարի 6-ին Սուրբ Ծնունդի և Հայտնություն տոնն է, այդ օրը ևս կլինի ոչ աշխատանքային:

Սուրբ Ծննդյան և Հայտնության տոնին հաջորդող` Մեռելոց հիշատակի օրը նշվում է հունվարի 7-ին։ Այն աշխատանքային կլինի, եթե կառավարությունը այլ որոշում չընդունի։

Ի դեպ, աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի համաձայն՝ աշխատանքային` տոնական և հիշատակի օրերի նախօրյակին աշխատանքային օրվա տևողությունը կրճատվում է մեկ ժամով, բացառությամբ կրճատ և ոչ լրիվ աշխատանքային ժամանակի պայմաններով աշխատող աշխատողների:
