Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է Լիբանանի հետ բարեկամական հարաբերությունները՝ ձևավորված ամուր պատմական հիմքերի և ընդհանուր արժեքների վրա: Հավատացած եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ մեզ կհաջողվի նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնել մեր երկրների միջև քաղաքական երկխոսությունը և համագործակցությունը` ի շահ մեր երկու բարեկամ երկրների և ժողովուրդների։
