Սևանա լճում սիգի որսը որոշ ժամանակով արգելվում է․ մանրամասներ

Կառավարության 2025 թվականի հունիսի 26-ի N 865-Ն որոշման համաձայն՝ 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ից մինչև 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ը Սևանա լճում խստիվ արգելվում է սիգի արդյունագործական որսը, հայտնել է ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունից:

Այս որոշումը ռազմավարական քայլ է Սևանի կենսաբազմազանությունը երաշխավորելու համար։ Այն ուղղված է հիմնականում սիգի բնական վերարտադրությանն աջակցելուն՝ դրանով իսկ ապահովելով լճի ձկնային պաշարների կայուն և արդյունավետ վերականգնումը։

Որսի կանոնները խախտելու, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի որսի դեպքում նախատեսվում է օրենքով սահմանված խիստ վարչական ու քրեական պատասխանատվություն:

«Նոյեմբերի 20-ից հետո Սևանա լճում հայտնաբերված նավակների և որսի միջոցների համար կկիրառվեն օրենքով սահմանված պատասխանատվության միջոցներ․ կոչ ենք անում ժամանակին ապահովել դրանց դուրսբերումը»:
