Գերմանիան Ուկրաինային լրացուցիչ 40 միլիոն եվրոյի ձմեռային օգնություն կհատկացնի՝ ի պատասխան երկրի ենթակառուցվածքների վրա ռուսական շարունակվող հարձակումներին, հաղորդում է ntv-ն։

«Մենք օգնում ենք ապահովել տների ջեռուցումն ու լուսավորությունը, ինչպես նաև կանխել Ռուսաստանի կողմից հայրենիքի պաշտպանների մարտական ​​ոգու կոտրումը՝ քաղաքացիական գազի և ջեռուցման համակարգերի վրա թիրախային ահաբեկչական հարձակումներով», - ասել է արտգործնախարար Յոհան Վադեֆուլը։
