SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 18։15-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ «որովայնի առաջնային պատի ձախ անոթափոսի, աջ բազկի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ «Երևան» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է դիմել մի տղամարդ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց մեկնած քրեական ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է, իսկ տուժածը հանդիսանում է Երևանի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Գուրգեն Ե․-ն։
