Կիևին փոխհատուցվող վարկի վճարման ուշացումը կստիպի Եվրամիության անդամ երկրներին դիմել իրենց սեփական բյուջեներին՝ Ուկրաինային աջակցելու համար: Այս մասին գրում Է Politico-ն՝ հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին։

Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ գարնանը Կիևի դրամական միջոցները կսպառվեն։ Եվրահանձնաժողովն ակտիվացրել է բանակցությունները Բելգիայի կառավարության հետ, որը դեմ է ուկրաինական կողմին 140 մլրդ եվրո տրամադրելուն: Եթե բանակցություններն անարդյունք ընթանան, եվրոպական երկրները ստիպված կլինեն Ուկրաինային ֆինանսավորել իրենց պետբյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին։

Իսկ եթե Բելգիային հաջողվի համոզել, ապա ԵՀ-ն առաջիկա շաբաթներին պաշտոնապես օրինագիծ կներկայացնի վերականգնողական վարկի վերաբերյալ։ Այս գործընթացը բարդանում է նաև նրանով, որ ԵՀ-ի օրինագծի մշակմանը, հավանաբար, կմասնակցի Եվրախորհրդարանը։ Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ դա կարող է ձգձգել գործընթացը և սպառնալիքի տակ դնել Եվրահանձնաժողովի՝ մինչև ապրիլ 140 միլիարդ եվրո ստանալու հույսերը, երբ, ինչպես սպասվում է, Կիևի փողերը կսպառվեն:
