Ալիևը նշել է, որ Կոպենհագենում Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ հանդիպումից հետո երկրների միջև նախկին թյուրըմբռնումներն անցյալում են։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ երկկողմ օրակարգում նոր փուլ է սկսվել և առաջին հերթին ընդգծել է մարդկանց և բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների միջև կապերի վերականգնման և զարգացման, ինչպես նաև մշակութային և հումանիտար ոլորտներում համագործակցության կարևորությունը։
