«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է․Թեպետ Վաղարշապատի ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների պաշտոնական քարոզարշավը դեռ չի սկսվել, սակայն իշխանությունը տեւական ժամանակ քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում։ Մեզ պատմեցին, որ Արմավիրի մարզպետ Վահրամ Խաչատրյանը մարզպետարանը վերածել է նախընտրական շտաբի։

Բանուգործը թողած՝ ողջ օրը Էջմիածնի ընտրություններով է զբաղված` իր մոտ է կանչում Վաղարշապատ խոշորացված համայնքն ընդգրկող համայնքների «ավտարիտետներին», համայնքի ղեկավարներին եւ «թիվ» պահանջում՝ ով որքան ձայն կարող է ապահովել ՔՊ-ի թեկնածու Արգիշտի Մեխակյանի համար, հաղթանակի դեպքում խոստանում պարգեւ` ում ինչ հարկավոր է։
