Մոսկվայի առաջարկն ուժի մեջ է՝ հարթակ տրամադրել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջնական խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար, Հայաստանի Անկախության օրվա առթիվ Մոսկվայում ընդունելությանն ասել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։

Ըստ դիվանագետի՝ դեռ անհրաժեշտ է լուրջ աշխատանք կատարել նախատեսվածը գործնականում իրագործելու համար, և որ Մոսկվան պատրաստ է տրամադրել անհրաժեշտը՝ «բոլոր տարաձայնությունները հաղթահարելու համար»:

Խոսելով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների մասին՝ Գալուզինը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան գոհ է Երևանի և Անկարայի միջև երկխոսության ակտիվացումից, որը «սկսվել է Ռուսաստանի օգնությամբ»։

«Մենք աջակցում ենք կողմերի արագ հաշտեցմանը։ Եվ պատրաստ ենք շարունակել աջակցել այս ուղղությամբ մեր հայ և թուրք գործընկերների ջանքերին»,- նշել է ՌԴ պաշտոնյան։
