Ֆիլիպիններում երկու հզոր երկրաշարժ է տեղի ունեցել

Ֆիլիպինների հարավում նույն տարածաշրջանում ժամերի տարբերությամբ տեղի է ունեցել երկու հզոր երկրաշարժ:  

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնում է The Associated Press-ը: 

Առաջին երկրաշարժը եղել է 7.4 մագնիտուդ ուժգնությամբ՝ խլելով առնվազն 7 մարդու կյանք, առաջացրել է սողանքներ: Երկրորդ եղել է 6.8 մագնիտուդ ուժգնությամբ: 

«Երկրորդն առանձին երկրաշարժ է, որը մենք անվանում ենք կրկնակի երկրաշարժ: Երկուսն էլ տեղի են ունեցել նույն տարածքում, բայց ունեն տարբեր ուժգնություն և էպիկենտրոններ»,-ասել է Ֆիլիպինների սեյսմոլոգիայի և հրաբխագիտության ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Տերեզիտո Բակոլկոլը:
