Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթուղու վերաբերյալ նոր հուշագիր է ստորագրվել

ՔԱՂԱՔԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի կառավարությունների երկութուղային վարչությունների ղեկավարները ստորագրել են փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթուղով բեռնափոխադրումների կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ։ Փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը ստորագրվել է Ղազախստանում կայացած «Տրանսպորտային շաբաթվա» շրջանակում։

Հուշագրով նախատեսվում է բարձրացնել Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթուղու մրցունակությունը և գրավչությունը, ներգրավել լրացուցիչ բեռնափոխադրումների հոսք՝ օպտիմալացված առաքման ժամկետներով, մատակարարումն իրականացնել 4.5 օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ ժամկետների ուշացման դեպքում կողմերը պարտավորվում են տեղեկացնել միմյանց և միջոցներ ձեռնարկել ժամանակացույցը ճշգրտելու համար։
