Судья суда первой инстанции общей юрисдикции Армине Меликсетян огласила приговор по делу архиепископа Микаэла Аджапахяна, предстоятеля Ширакской епархии.

Судья признала Микаела Аджапахяна виновным по части 2 статьи 422 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса (публичные призывы к захвату власти, нарушению территориальной целостности, отказу от суверенитета, а равно насильственному свержению конституционного строя).

Мера пресечения осталась без изменения. Дополнительное судебное слушание назначено на 29 сентября.
