Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ա. Ղարաբաղցյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն արարքի կատարման համար, որը ՀՀ քրեական օրենքով նախատեսված է պատժի սպառնալիքով արգելված։ Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նա, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի 1-ին հրաձգային վաշտի 3-րդ հրաձգային դասակի 1-ին հրաձգային ջոկի ավագ հրաձիգ, շարքային, վարժական հավաքների մասնակից զինծառայող, 2025 թվականի մարտի 12-ին, 1 օրով գտնվելով ազատ արձակման մեջ, ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել կանաբինոիդների խմբին պատկանող թմրալակալnիդներ հանդիսացող թմրամիջnց։ Այնուհետև 2025 թվականի մարտի 13-ին իր հետ տեղափոխել է ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամաս, որտեղ նույն օրը երեկոյան զորամասի տարածքում տեղափոխված թմրամիջnցը ապակյա գլանակի միջոցով ապօրինի գործածել է։

Այսինքն՝ Ա․ Ղարաբաղցյանին մեղսագրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 531-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված արարքի կատարում։
