«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանի ընտանիքում պաշտոնի փոփոխությունների շրջափուլ է։

Բանն այն Է, որ դատավոր Բաղդասարյանը մեծ ցանկություն ունի Վճռաբեկ դատարան գնալու, եւ երեկ ԱԺ-ում պատգամավորների հարցերին պատասխանում էր՝ վստահեցնելով, որ ինքը անկախ դատավոր է։

Նրա դատախազ ամուսնու կյանքում էլ փոփոխությունների շրջան էր սեպտեմբերի 3-ը: Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանի դատախազ ամուսնուն մի վարչությունից մեկ այլ վարչություն էր տեղափոխել։ Մասնավորապես, գլխավոր դատախազը սեպտեմբերի 3-ին Գլխավոր դատախազության՝ մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազ Արիստակես Բարսեղյանին փոխադրել էր Գլխավոր դատախազության՝ պատիժների եւ հարկադրանքի այլ միջոցների կիրառման օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին:

Իսկ թե դատախազ ամուսնու աշխատանքի փոփոխությունը ինչ ազդեցություն կունենա դատավոր կնոջ առաջխաղացման գործընթացում, պարզ կլինի այսօր ՔՊ-ի քվեարկությամբ»։
