ՆԳՆ-ի կողմից Հայաստան-Պորտուգալիա ֆուտբոլային հանդիպումից առաջ զգուշացվել էր, որ եթե մարզադաշտ մուտք գործելիս տոմսի QR կոդը չաշխատի, ապա պետք է մոտենալ տեղեկատվական կետեր: Եթե պարզվի, որ տոմսը կեղծ է, և խարդախության զոհ եք դարձել, ապա պետք է դիմել ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն՝ համապատասխան իրավական գործընթաց սկսելու համար:

«Հայաստան-Պորտուգալիաֆուտբոլային խաղի տոմսերի վաճառքով ենթադրյալ խարդախությունների վերաբերյալ այս պահի դրությամբ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունում ստացվել է 10 հաղորդում, որոնցից 5-ը բացահայտվելէ, 1 անձ ձերբակալվել է, իսկ մյուս 5 դեպքով բացահայտման ուղղությամբ միջոցառումները շարունակվում են»։
