Ահագին ժամանակ է քայլում եմ Տոկիոյում և ոչ մի ծխող մարդ չտեսա փողոցում և շատ զարմանալի էր, չնայած՝ խանութներում տեսա, որ ծխախոտ են վաճառում, ըստ էության բաց վաճառադարակներում, բայց ոչ մի ծխող մարդ չտեսա, մինչև հանդիպեցի ահա այսպիսի տեղի, որը, ինչպես կարող եք տեսնել, ծխելու և ծխողների համար է: Այս մասին ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում հրապարակած տեսանյութում: 

«Շատ է խոսվում Հայաստանում, որ սրճարաններում ծխելու արգելք կա և նույնիսկ կոչեր են անում այդ արգելքը չեղարկել, բայց հետաքրքիր էր, որ Տոկիոյում փողոցում ընդհանրապես ծխելու արգելք կա և փողոցում կարելի է ծխել միայն ահա այսպիսի տեղերում և կարող եք տեսնել ծխողներին»,-նշել է Փաշինյանը, հավելելով՝ այսիպիսի պատմություններ կան աշխարհում:
