«3+3» ձևաչափը Հարավային Կովկասում անցել է փորձությունը և մնում է տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների լուծման արդյունավետ հարթակ, հայտարարել է Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Էսմայիլ Բաղային։

Ըստ նրա՝ հարթակը նպաստում է, ի թիվս այլ բաների, հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը։

«Անկախ Հարավային Կովկասի խնդիրների կարգավորման հետ կապված տարածաշրջանից դուրս տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներից, այսօր տարածաշրջանի երկրներն ավելի քան երբևէ համոզված են ձևաչափը պահպանելու անհրաժեշտության մեջ՝ երրորդ ուժերի միջամտությունը կանխելու համար»,- ասել է Էսմայիլ Բաղային։
