«Հրապարակը» գրում է․ «Ազգընտիրները սգի մեջ են, հատկապես՝ իշխանականները, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններից եւ գործողություններից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ չեն ձգելու մինչեւ հերթական ընտրությունները, եւ հայտարարվելու է արտահերթի մասին, իսկ դա նշանակում է ոչ միայն մի քանի ամիս պակաս աշխատավարձ ստանալ, այլեւ զրկվել պատգամավորական թոշակից։

Բանն այն է, որ օրենքը սահմանում է, այսպես կոչված, պատգամավորական բարձր թոշակ, եթե անձը մեկ «սռոկ», այսինքն՝ հինգ տարի լիարժեք պատգամավոր է աշխատել, խորհրդարանի լիազորությունների բնականոն ավարտից հետո մոտ 200 հազար դրամ ամսական թոշակ է սահմանված՝ ցկյանս։

Իսկ եթե խորհրդարանի լիազորությունների ավարտից թեկուզ մեկ ամիս էլ շուտ արտահերթ ընտրություններ արվեն, ապա այդ թոշակի փոխարեն թոշակի ժամանակ սովորական թոշակ են ստանալու։»։
