«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

Նախօրեին Հայաստան ժամանած Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը տհաճ խոսակցություն է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Իշխանական աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ պաշտոնական Թեհրանի պես, Մոսկվան էլ չի հավատում Փաշինյանի հավաստիացումներին, ուստի զգուշացում է ստացել, որ Հայաստանը խնդիրներ է ունենալու ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ, եթե պարզվի, որ մաքսային հսկողությունը ՀՀ մաքսային մարմինները չեն իրականացնելու։

ԵԱՏՄ սկզբունքների համաձայն՝ ԵԱՏՄ միասնական մաքսային տարածքով անցնող ապրանքները ենթակա են միասնական մաքսային հսկողության։ Թրամփի ուղին Ադրբեջանին առեւտրային հասանելիություն կապահովի դեպի Նախիջեւան:

ԱՄՆ-ն ճանապարհը վարձակալում է 99 տարով` եւս 99 տարով երկարաձգելու հնարավորությամբ։

Եթե ճանապարհի հսկողությունը ՀՀ մաքսային մարմինները չեն իրականացնում, ապա ԵԱՏՄ-ի հիմնական սկզբունքների միակողմանիորեն խախտման հետ է Հայաստանն առնչվելու։

Փաշինյանն ընտրության առջեւ է կանգնած՝ կա՛մ դուրս է բերում Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ից, կա՛մ ենթարկվելու է պատժամիջոցների, նոր հեռացվելու։
