«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ Իշխանական շրջանակներում եւս պարզվում է, որ խանդավառված չեն վաշինգտոնյան արձանագրություններից եւ հասկանում են, որ դա իրականում խաղաղություն չի բերելու։

Չնայած Փաշինյանը հրահանգել է պատգամավորներին եւ քարոզչամեքենային՝ թմբկահարել այդ թեզը, բայց ՔՊ-ում դեռ կան մարդիկ, որ կարողանում են թացը չորից զատել։

Շատերն են հասկանում, որ Արեւմուտքի եւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից դա Փաշինյանին նվիրած նախընտրական «կոզիր» է, որպեսզի վերընտրվելուց հետո իրականացնի իրենց ծրագիրը, եւ կյանքի կոչվեն «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» եւ մյուս բոլոր զիջումները։ Ոմանք էլ միամտաբար հույս են տածում, որ այս ժամանակը Փաշինյանը հօգուտ պետության կօգտագործի եւ կարգի կբերի մեր սահմանները։
