«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ Մեր տեղեկություններով` բանակում եւ ողջ զինվորական համակարգում համատարած կրճատումներ են: Մեր աղբյուրի խոսքով` պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, ինչպես նաեւ նախարարությանը ենթակա զորամասերում վերջին ամիսներին մի քանի տասնյակ զինվորական է կրճատվել` առանց որեւէ էական բացատրության:

Մեր աղբյուրը նշում է, որ թիրախում հատկապես այն զինվորականներն են, որոնք ատեստավորում չեն անցել, սակայն շարունակում են իրենց աշխատանքը չնչին աշխատավարձերով:

Չնայած այս ամենին, մեր աղբյուրը նշում է նաեւ, որ բանակում աննախադեպ մեծացել է քաղաքացիական անձանց թիվը` ի հակակշիռ զինվորականների:

Մեր աղբյուրի խոսքով` զինվորական խավն այս ամենը կապում է առաջին հերթին ֆինանսներ տնտեսելու պետական քաղաքականության հետ, նոր միայն` հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության:
