Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանումը առաջին հերթին բխում է վարորդի շահերից: Ցավոք Հայաստանում կան այնպիսի վարորդներ, ովքեր չարամտորեն կարող են խախտել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները, ինչը հանգեցնում է ավտովթարների:

Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման մեջ է մտնում նաև այն, որ վարորդը պետք է լինի ամրակապված, մեքենան վարելիս էլ գրկին երեխա չլինի:

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 17-ին, «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Իսակովի պողոտայից դեպի Բաբաջանյան փողոց ընթանալիս կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության կանոնները, «Mercedes»-ը վարում էր առանց ամրակապվելու, գրկին էլ՝ երեխա:  Զարմանալի է, որ Իսակովի պողոտայում ծառայություն կատարող ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պարեկները չեն նկատել օրինախախտ վարորդի վտանգավոր «օյինբազությունը»:
