Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղ կարգավորման հռչակագիրը համարում է պատմական նվաճում, որը վերջ է դրել երկարատև ռազմական հակամարտությանը: Դրա մասին հայտարարել է Ղազախստանի ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Ռուսլան Ժելդիբայը:

«Նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը Վաշինգտոնում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ստորագրված խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը համարում է պատմական նվաճում: Փաստաթուղթը վերջ է դրել երկու պետությունների միջև երկարատև ռազմական հակամարտությանը և բացել է դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման և նրանց միջև երկարատև խաղաղության վրա հիմնված համագործակցության զարգացման ճանապարհը», - գրել է Ժելդիբայը իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում:
