  1. Կկտրի Իրանը Հայաստանից։

  2. Կմեծացնի Հայաստանի կախվածությունը Վրաստանից։

  3. Կմեծացնի Իրանի կախվածությունը Կասպից ծովից։

  4. Կկտրի Իրանին Կասպից ծով տարանցումից։

  5. Կմեծացնի Ադրբեջանի թշնամանքը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ։

  6. Կմեծացնի Ղազախստանի թշնամանքը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ։

  7. Կստիպի Թուրքիային դուրս գալ Նախիջևանից։

Եվ չնայած այս ամենին՝ այնուամենայնիվ այդ միջանցքով ոչինչ չի լինի տեղափոխելու, բացի զորքերից։

Եզրակացություն. Զանգեզուրի հարցով սկսած այս ամբողջ աղմուկը Ռուսաստանի դեմ երկրորդ ճակատ բացելու համար է, որտեղ անդրկովկասյան Կիևի խունտայի դերում հանդես կգա Ադրբեջանը։
