Ադրբեջանի օդային տարածքը տեսականորեն բաց է Հայաստանից թռչող քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռների համար, սակայն նրանք այնտեղով չեն անցնում։ Այս մասին Sputnik Արմենիայի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են Հայաստանի Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեից։

Գերատեսչությունից նշելեն, որ անկախ Բաքու-Նախիջևան երթուղով 2022 թվականից Հայաստանի երկնքով ադրբեջանական քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռների թռիչքները սկսելուց` քաղաքացիական օդանավերի օգտագործման համար երկու երկրների օդային տարածքները բաց են եղել։

Բացառություն են կազմում ռազմական դրությամբ պայմանավորված իրավիճակները, ինչը բխում է թռիչքների անվտանգության ապահովման նկատառումներից և տարածվում է բոլոր ավիաընկերությունների վրա առանց որևէ խտրականության՝ համաձայն Չիկագոյի կոնվենցիայի դրույթների:

«Ելնելով վերոգրյալից` տեսականորեն Ադրբեջանի օդային տարածքը բաց է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օդանավերի համար, սակայն գործնականում ՀՀ օդանավ շահագործողները նշված տարածքով թռիչքներ չեն իրականացնում, ինչը պայմանավորված է վերջիններիս ներքին որոշումներով», - նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
