ArmLur.am-ի բացառիկ տեղեկությունների համաձայն ցմահ դատապարտյալ Մհեր Ենոքյանը, ով 29 տարի անազատության մեջ է, պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատ է արձակվել։

 

Մհեր Ենոքյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել համակուրսեցի Իոսիֆ Աղաջանովին սպանելու համար։ Նա 1996-ին նոյեմբերի 29-ին դատապարտվել է մահապատժի։

 

Ըստ դատավճռի՝ հանցագործությունը Ենոքյանը կատարել է ընկերոջ՝ գյուղատնտեսական ինստիտուտի ուսանող Արամ Հարությունյանի հետ, վերջինիս տանը:

2003-ին, երբ մահապատիժը վերացավ Հայաստանում, Մհեր Ենոքյանը դատապարտվեց ցմահ ազատազրկման։

Ենոքյանն մշտապես հայտնել է, որ պայքարել է արդարության համար։

Նա պնդել է՝ սպանության մեջ մեղավոր չէ։
