«Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքի երեխա է։ Արտաշատից ոտքով եկել են Վերին Արտաշատ մեր գյուղ։ 2023-ի հայտնի դեպքերից հետո մեր գյուղ են տեղափոխվել։ Առիթ շատ ենք ունեցել հանդիպելու, 2 երեխա ունեին»,- նշեց Վերին Արտաշատ գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար Աշոտ Ղազարյանը։

Ղազարյանը հավելեց, որ դեպքի մանրամասներին ամբողջությամբ չի տիրապետում, սակայն իր տեղեկություններով՝ հնարավոր է, որ պատահարի պատճառներից մեկը եղել է սահմանափակ տեսանելիությունը․

«Միայն գիտեմ, որ շատ ուժեղ է հարվածը եղել։ Չնայած փորձել եմ արագ արձագանքել և տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց, բայց երեխան կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքներ է ունեցել։ Շատ ցավալի դեպք է»,- ասաց նա։
