ArmԼur.am-ին է ահազանգել Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Հասմիկ Դիլանչյանը, ով պատմել է, որ իր եղբորը պայմանագրային զինծառայող Աշոտ Դիլանչյանին դաժանաբար ծեծել են, որի հետևանքով հիվանդանոցում եղբայրը մահացել է:

Ըստ Հասմիկ Դիլանչյանի, եղբոր հետ վիճաբանած անձիք՝ Անաստաս Բաբալարյանն ու որդին են եղել ու վեճը եղել է ծառայության հետ կապված:

Ըստ քրոջ՝ իրավապահները օբյեկտիվ քննություն չեն իրականացնում, իսկ ենթադրյալ հանցագործները ազատ շրջում են․

«Եղբայրս թշնամու գնդակից չմահացավ, այլ հայի ձեռքով գնաց ու քննության ընթացքը մեզ խիստ անհանգստացնում է, քանի որ կատարողները «տանիքներ» ունեն»:
