Այս պահին Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանում ԱԱԾ սահմանապահը չի թողնում որպեսզի Արմեն Չարչյանը սահմանը հատի՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե իբր Արմեն Չարչյանի ելքը փակ է, այն դեպքում երբ դատարանի որոշումը ազատ տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ վաղուց ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՔՈԳՎ եւ դերեւս հունիսի 23-ին  ոստիկանությունից մեզ հավաստիացրել էին, որ ՍԷԿՏ համակարգում առկա սահմանափակումը վերացված է։ 

Սա ուղղակի իրավական նիհիլիզմ է։

ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից պահանջում եմ նշվածի վերաբերյալ գրավոր պարզաբանում։
