Ցավով տեղեկացնում ենք, որ կյանքից հեռացել է փորձառու ղեկապետ Աշոտ Պետրոսյանը, հայտնում են Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեից։

Նա 1969-1974 թթ սովորել է Լենինգրադի ավիացիոն ակադեմիայում։ Աշխատել է որպես ՏՈւ 134, ՏՈւ 154, ԻԼ 86 ինքնաթիռների ավագ ղեկապետ։

Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչությունում, ինչպես նաև մի շարք ավիաընկերություններում գրավել է ղեկավար պաշտոններ։

2016 թվականից աշխատել է ՊՆ ռազմական ավիացիոն ինստիտուտում՝ որպես օդային նավարկություն առարկայի ավագ դասախոս։
