22 տարի առաջ՝ 2003թ-ի հունիսի 22-ին, Կաթողիկե Սուրբ Էջմիածնի տոնին Բագրատ վարդապետ Գալստանյանը ձեռնադրվեց եպիսկոպոս, գրում է Սրբազան պայքար էջը։

«Ուր որ մեր Տերն է, մենք էլ փորձեցինք այնտեղ լինել»- ասել է Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը 22 տարի առաջ, իր եպիսկոպոսական ուխտի պատարագի քարոզի ժամանակ -«Հնազանդվեցինք այդ ձայնին, ունկնդիր եղանք այդ ձայնին, անկումներով, վերելքներով շարունակեցինք մեր կյանքը և ապա նոր հանգրվանների առջև, զանազան պատասխանատվությունների առջև, մարդկանց հետ հարաբերության մեջ միշտ փորձեցինք լսել այդ խոսքը՝ «Ես այստեղ եմ, և դու ևս այստեղ եղիր»»։
