Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն հանդիպել է Ուկրաինայի հարցով ԱՄՆ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնաց Քիթ Քելլոգի հետ։

Զրույցը տեղի է ունեցել Անկախության պալատում՝ պատվիրակությունների անդամների մասնակցությամբ։

Բելառուսի ղեկավարի մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ բանակցությունների օրակարգում են եղել միջազգային խնդիրներն ու ընդհանուր իրավիճակը աշխարհում, տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներն ու բելառուսա-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունները։

«Շատ ուրախ եմ, պարոն գեներալ, ձեզ հետ հանդիպելու համար։ Ես իսկապես հուսով եմ, որ մեր զրույցը կլինի շատ անկեղծ և բաց։ Հակառակ դեպքում, ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի հանդիպել։ Եթե խորամանկենք միմյանց դիմաց, արդյունքի չենք հասնի»,- ընդգծել է Բելառուսի ղեկավարը։
