«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. 

Հունիսի վերջերին-հուլիսի սկզբներին Մեղրիում ՔՊ տարածքային կառույցի ընտրություններ կլինեն: Տարածքայինի ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար ամենամոլի պայքարողը ներկայիս համայնքապետ Խաչիկ Անդրեասյանն է՝ «Տուլի» մականունով, որը համայնքապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրել է Սամվել Բաբայանի կուսակցության քվոտայով, ապա կարճ ժամանակում կրոնափոխ է եղել՝ դառնալով ՔՊ-ական։ Տարածքային խորհրդի ղեկավար դառնալու իմաստն այն է, որ դա կանաչ լույս է վառելու Մեղրիի համայնքապետի հաջորդ «սռոկի» համար, նա դառնալու է ՔՊ թեկնածու` տարածաշրջանից։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ՔՊ-ն որոշել է 26-ի նախընտրական ցուցակը կազմելիս առաջնորդվել ՔՊ կուսակցության ընտրություններով: Վարչության կազմում, տարածքայինների ղեկավարների պաշտոններում ընտրվածները մեխանիկորեն ընդգրկվելու են ցուցակում:
