ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտնել է 5 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ «ոսկե քարտի» համար հերթագրվելու կայքը գործարկելու մասին: Նա համապատասխան գրառում է արել Truth Social կայքում:

«Հազարավոր մարդիկ զանգահարում էին և հարցնում՝  ինչպես կարելի է գեղեցիկ ճանապարհով գնալ դեպի աշխարհի լավագույն երկիրն ու շուկան։ Այն կոչվում է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ: Հերթագրումը բաց է», - գրել է նա՝ հրապարակելով համապատասխան կայքի էլեկտրոնային հասցեն:

Թրամփը «ոսկե քարտի» գաղափարի մասին հայտարարել է դեռևս փետրվարին։ Այն հնարավորություն կտա դիմել ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար՝ փոխարինելով արդեն 35 տարի գործող ներդրողների համար նախատեսված ԱՄՆ հատուկ վիզան։
