Ուկրաինայի և ՌԴ-ի միջև զոհված զինվորականների մարմինների փոխանակման մեկնարկը նախատեսված է հաջորդ շաբաթ: Ուկրաինան շարունակում է փոխանակում պատրաստել՝ չնայած Մոսկվայի ճնշմանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է РБК-Украина-ն՝ վկայակոչելով ՌԴ ՊՆ հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության ղեկավար Կիրիլ Բուդանովին։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինան բախվում է տեղեկատվական ճնշումների և ՌԴ-ի կողմից փոխանակման գործընթացի պարամետրերը միանձնյա թելադրելու փորձերի հետ: Բուդանովը հայտարարել է, որ այն հարցը, թե ում, երբ և ինչպես փոխանակել, «չպետք է լինի ինչ- որ մեկի միանձնյա որոշումը, իսկ ճնշումներն ու մանիպուլյացիաներն այստեղ անթույլատրելի են»:

 Ըստ նրա՝ համակարգող շտաբն աշխատում է փոխանակման կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ, որը հիմնված է Ստամբուլում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների վրա:
