Մոտ ժամանակներս սպասվում է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի այցը Թեհրան։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Մոսկվայում Իրանի դեսպան Քազեմ Ջալալին, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Երկու երկրների հարաբերություններն այժմ հասել են ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակի, կատարվում են բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների այցեր, և մոտ ապագայում մենք ակնկալում ենք Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի այցը Թեհրան»,- ասել է դիվանագետը։

Մայիսի 14-ին ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է, որ Պուտինը աշխատանքային այցով Իրան այցելելու հրավեր ունի, սակայն այցի ժամկետները դեռ համաձայնեցված չեն։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը բարձր է գնահատում իր գործընկերությունն այս երկրի հետ։

Իրանի արտգործնախարար Աբբաս Արաղչին նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի այցը պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացման երկարաժամկետ ծրագրի մի մասն է։
