«Հրապարակը» գրում է ․ Արդարադատության նախարարության պետական ռեգիստրում օրերս մերժել են պետական գրանցում տալ ՔՊ-ից պոկված Հովիկ Աղազարյանի եւ Հակոբ Ասլանյանի հիմնած նոր կուսակցությանը՝ ՄԱՍԿ անվանումով։ Մերժման հիմքում դրել են տեխնիկական վրիպակները, նախարարությունը չափից դուրս բծախնդիր մոտեցում է ցուցաբերել ներկայացված փաթեթին, ինչը, հավանաբար, վերեւից է հրահանգված եղել: Հովիկ Աղազարյանը երեկ մեզ հետ զրույցում չբացառեց, որ հնարավոր է` նոր համաժողով հրավիրեն, որպեսզի վերացնեն թերությունները եւ նոր փաթեթ ներկայացնեն Պետռեգիստր։ Թե խոսքն ինչ տեխնիկական վրիպակների մասին է, նա չմանրամասնեց։
