Բրիտանացի վերլուծաբան Ալեքսանդր Մերկուրիսը բացահայտել է Սև ծովում Ռուսաստանի դեմ Եվրոպայի կողմից նախապատրաստվող ծրագիրը։ Նա իր տեսակետով կիսվել է իր YouTube–յան ալիքում։

Մերկուրիսը կարծում է, որ Եվրոպան որոշել է վերակենդանացնել նախկինում գոյություն ունեցող «Ուկրաինա» անունով նախագիծը, որի նպատակը Ռուսաստանին Սև ծովից դուրս մղելն էր։ Վերլուծաբանը շեշտել է, որ նման ծրագրերը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց են տալիս, որ Եվրոպան չի սովորել անցյալ տարիների փորձից։ Նա հավելել է, որ հենց Ռուսաստանն է գերիշխում Սև ծովում։

Բացի այդ, փորձագետը նշել է, որ ԵՄ-ի հույսերը՝ այս հարցում Թուրքիային իր կողմը գրավելու հետ կապված, չեն իրականանա։ «Թուրքիան այս խաղերը չի խաղա եվրոպացիների հետ միասին», - ասել է Մերկուրիսը։
