Մայիսի 28-ին՝ ժամը 20․50-ի սահմաններում, Պարեկային ծառայության կարգախումբը Մասիս-Երևան ճանապարհին, թմրանյութ պահելու և օգտագործելու կասկածանքով, «Օպել» մակնիշի մեքենայով հանդերձ, Համայնքային ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին են տեղափոխել Արարատի մարզի Նորաբաց գյուղի 24-ամյա և 39-ամյա երկու բնակչի: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:

Պարզվել է, որ 39-ամյա տղամարդը «Տելեգրամ» հավելվածի միջոցով ձեռք է բերել մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որը պետք է միասին օգտագործեին: Անձնական խուզարկությամբ 39-ամյա տղամարդու մոտ հայտնաբերվել է 3,36 գրամ կանեփանման զանգված: Կազմված փաստաթղթերը փոխանցվել են Մասիսի քննչական բաժին։
