2024թ. Վրաստանի բնակիչները խմել են ռեկորդային քանակությամբ գարեջուր՝ 46 լիտր մեկ մարդու հաշվով, տեղեկացրել է «Новости Грузия» պորտալը։

TBC Capital-ի տվյալներով՝ դա մոտ 30 տոկոսով ավելին է, քան 2020թ., եւ բարձր է այնպիսի երկրների ցուցանիշներից, ինչպիսին են Պորտուգալիան, Իտալիան, Հունաստանը, Մոլդովան եւ հարեւան Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը։

Վրաստանից գարեջրի արտահանումը մեկ տարում կրճատվել է՝ 6,9 հազար տոննայից հասնելով 5,9 հազարի։ Ամենից ակտիվ վրացական գարեջուր գնում են Ղազախստանը (արտահանման ողջ ծավալի 31 տոկոսը), Հայաստանը (18 տոկոս) եւ Ռուսաստանը (8 տոկոս)։
