Փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանը գրել է․ 

«2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ին մարտի դաշտում երկու որդիներին կորցրած տիկին Ալլայից Երևանում պահանջել են 12.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ Եռաբլուրում թաղված որդիների գերեզմաններն ու շիրմաքարերը պատրաստելու և տեղադրելու նպատակով։ Որդու ավտոմեքենայի վաճառքից ստացված միջոցներին ավելացնելով բարեկամներից հավաքած գումարներն ու որպես զոհվածի ծնող ստացած միջոցները՝ տիկին Ալլան մի կերպ վճարում է պահանջված գումարը, սակայն դառնում խարդախության զոհ։ Որևէ աշխատանք այդպես էլ չի կատարվում, իսկ գումարն էլ չի վերադարձվում:

Ոստիկանների նետած պայթուցիկը պայթելու հետևանքով մարդու ձեռքը կորցնելու տեսարանին ներկա և դրանից զայրացած դատարկ պլաստմասե շիշ նետած քաղաքացուն կալանավարող քննչական կոմիտեն տիկին Ալլայից գումար հափշտակողին ձերբակալելուց 72 ժամ հետո ազատ է արձակում, բայց վերջում գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկում դատարան։
