Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին և Հռոմի պապ Լևոն XIV-ը փակ հանդիպում կանցկացնեն այսօր՝ մայիսի 18-ին: Դա կլինի նրանց առաջին պաշտոնական հանդիպումը։

Այս մասին հայտնում է RBC-Ukraine-ը՝ հղում անելով Ուկրաինայի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Նիկիֆորովին։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօր պաշտոնական պատարագից հետո տեղի կունենա Ուկրաինայի նախագահի և առաջին տիկնոջ հանդիպումը Հռոմի պապ Լևոն XIV-ի հետ։

Ավելի վաղ Sky News-ը հայտնել էր, որ Հռոմի պապն այսօր կեսօրին առանձնազրույց է ունենալու Զելենսկու հետ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երկուշաբթի օրը՝ մայիսի 12-ին, Հռոմի պապն արդեն հեռախոսով զրուցել է Զելենսկու հետ։ Ուկրաինայի նախագահը դարձել է առաջին օտարերկրյա ղեկավարը, ում հետ խոսել է նոր պոնտիֆիկոսը։

Նշենք նաև, որ այսօր Վատիկանում տեղի է ունեցել նոր Հռոմի պապ Լևոն XIV-ի գահակալության արարողությունը։ Նրա երդմնակալության արարողությանը մասնակցել է ավելի քան 250 հազար մարդ, ինչպես նաև տարբեր երկրների 150 պատվիրակություններ և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Պատարագի ժամանակ Հռոմի Պապ Լևոն XIV-ը հիշատակել է Ուկրաինան և ասել, որ «արդար խաղաղության համար բանակցություններ են սպասվում»։
