Հայաստանում վարորդական իրավունքները կթվայնացվեն:

Այս մասին հայտնելով Կառավարության նիստում, ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը հայտնել է, որ քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել և, գործող վարորդական վկայականներից բացի, ստանալ նաև թվայինը:

«ՀՀ տարածքում երթևեկության շրջանակներում թվային վարորդական իրավունքի գոյությունը բավարար կլինի, և որևէ խնդիր չի առաջանա»,- մանրամասնել է նախարարը՝ շեշտելով, որ երկրի տարածքից դուրս պետք է ունենալ սովորական վարորդական վկայական։ 

Նրա խոսքով, պարեկները տեխնիկապես զինված են և կարող են շատ արագ նույնականացնել քաղաքացուն։ Ըստ նախարարի, նույնը նաև մեքենայի հաշվառման վկայագրի՝ տեխանձնագրի դեպքում է։
