Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 25-ին վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 16:50-ի սահմաններում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Կարապետ Հակոբյանը իր վարած «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Արտաշիսյան փողոցում՝ «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնի հարևանությամբ, վրաերթի է ենթարկել 4 հետիոտնի, ապա կոտրել հետիոտնային անցման համար տեղադրված լուսակիրն ու երկաթե էլեկտրասյունը:
