24-ամյա Խաչատրյանը սփոփիչ գոտեմարտում 1։3 հաշվով պարտվել է ուկրաինացի Յարոսլավ Ֆլիաչկովին, իսկ Օվասապյանը՝ 0։2 հաշվով Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչ Կանդելակիին։

60 կգ քաշային Կարապետ Մանվելյանը մեկնարկային գոտեմարտում 0։6 հաշվով զիջել է լեհ մրցակցին՝ լքելով պայքարը մրցաշարի սկզբում։

Առաջնությունն ընթանում է Սլովակիայի մայրաքաղաք Բրատիսլավայում։
