Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի խորհրդարանների միջև կստեղծվի եռակողմ համագործակցության մեխանիզմ։ Այս մասին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Տաշքենդում Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի նախագահ Նուման Քուրթուլմուշի և նրա վրացի գործընկեր Շալվա Պապուաշվիլիի հանդիպման ժամանակ։

Քուրթուլմուշն ընդգծել է այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչպես նաև հայտնել է Թուրքիայի պատրաստակամությունը՝ այս հարցով միջոցառում կազմակերպելու։

Թուրք խոսնակը նաև նշել է, որ Վրաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը սպառնացող խնդիրների վերացումը կնպաստի տարածաշրջանային կայունությանը և համապատասխան աջակցություն հայտնել Թբիլիսին:
