Украина получит от Латвии еще 1500 дронов

Латвия направила в Вооруженные силы Украины еще 1500 боевых беспилотников. Об этом сообщил министр обороны страны Андрис Спрудс в Х.

Спрудс сообщил о том, что еще 1500 боевых беспилотников отправляют из Латвии в Украину.

«Две латвийские компании поставят в Украину в первом полугодии этого года в целом 12 тысяч беспилотников на сумму 17 млн евро в рамках международной коалиции беспилотников», – заявил он.

Как известно, коалиция, которую возглавляют Великобритания и Латвия, была запущена в январе 2024 года для усиления возможностей Украины в области беспилотных летательных аппаратов.

24 марта стало известно, что «коалиция дронов» выделила 20 млн евро из совместного фонда для того, чтобы закупить разведывательные дроны (ISR) тактического уровня для Сил обороны Украины.
