Փարիզի դատարանը Մարին լը Պենին մեղավոր է ճանաչել Եվրախորհրդարանի միջոցները վատնելու համար․ այս մասին հայտնում է ֆրանսիական BFMTV-ն: 

Ֆրանսիայի ծայրահեղ աջակողմյան «Ազգային միավորում» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Մարին լը Պենը և նրա համախոհները մեղադրվում են Եվրախորհրդարանի միջոցների վատնման մեջ: Հետաքննության վարկածով՝ 2004-2016թթ․ նրանք մոտ 3 միլիոն եվրո են դուրս գրել Եվրախորհրդարանի հիմնադրամներից՝ կեղծ օգնականներ վարձելու միջոցով, իսկ գումարն օգտագործել երկրի ներսում իրենց քաղաքական նպատակներին հասնելու համար: 

Դատարանը դեռ չի հրապարակել 2027թ․ նախագահական ընտրություններին լը Պենի հնարավոր մասնակցության վերաբերյալ իր որոշումը: Ֆրանսիայի դատախազությունը պահանջել է 5 տարով զրկել նրան քաղաքական գործունեությունից: Եթե նման որոշում կայացվի, նա չի կարողանա առաջադրվել նախագահի պաշտոնում: Սպասվում է, որ լը Պենը կբողոքարկի դատարանի որոշումը:
