Բուսաբանական այգում վնասը գերազանցել է 16․5 մլն դրամը

Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնում «ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Ա․Թախտաջյանի անվան բուսաբանության ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տարածքում հատված ծառերի վերաբերյալ ստացված ահազանգի հիմքով հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ։

Վարույթի շրջանակներում Բուսաբանության ինստիտուտի տարածքի զննության արդյունքում, այգու հարավ-արևելյան հատվածում, արձանագրվել է «Կաղնի ամառային» տեսակի 35-74սմ տրամագծով ապօրինի հատված 34 ծառի կոճղեր։

Ապօրինի ծառահատման արդյունքում բուսական աշխարհին պատճառված վնասը կազմել է՝ 16․570․000 ՀՀ դրամ։

Վարչական վարույթի նյութերով առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե։
